Raymond A. Kang, Founder & CEO: Founder of eTonerExpress.com Inc., B2B eCommerce
Marketplace company, offering an array of office machine supplies. Its main emphasis is
placed on remanufactured laser toner cartridges. Prior to this, in June 1998, he co-founded
Deli-Togo.com, B2C eCommerce based deli food service company which he developed and
implemented the business model and launched in New York. He sold his ownership interest to
the Company in December 1999.

Prior to getting involved with internet ventures, Raymond enjoyed a distinguished career as a
marketing director for several prominent international marketing and advertising agencies for
over 15 years. He has worked for such agencies as Ogilvy & Mather, Foote Cone Belding,
Thomas G. Ferguson (division of WPP group), and BBD&O among many others. He has
worked on such accounts as American Express, Duracell, IBM, R.J. Reynolds, Procter & Gamble
and many more. Since opening his own Notorious Advertising Inc. in 1993, he has successfully
serviced recognizable national accounts such as The United States Postal Service, Apple Computer,
Daewoo Group, AT&T, Parke Davis, and LG Industrial Systems.

Raymond is one of the founding member and chief officers of KOCHAM -VAC (Korean Chamber
of Commerce, USA - Venture Advisory Committee), INKE (Int'l Network of Korean Entrepreneurs)
NY Chapter, and one of the founding member of KASE - NY Chapter (Korean American Society of
Entrepreneurs). He is also member of Korea Society, Japan Society, Asia Society, TriState Ventures,
VC Experts, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, NYSIA (New York Software Industry Association), and partners of
New York City EDC (Economic Development Corporation), NASDAQ Stock Market, New Jersey Commerce,
New Jersey EDA (Economic Development Authority). He holds BA and master degree in Advertising and
Marketing Communication at the University of Maryland and the BFA at State University of New York.

Cheol Hee (Jason) Lee, Managing Partner: Mr. Lee was a director/team leader at the Woori Technology
Investment Co., Ltd. and investment manager at the Prime Venture Capital, two of the most active and
high-tech oriented VC firms in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Lee handled private equity fund management and fund
strategy for emerging Asian market, especially in the Korean market. Mr. Lee has an extensive due diligence
and investment experience with a deep understanding of business practices and diverse technology in
terms of Optical Communication, Broadband System, Display Industry as well as Wireless System. He has
established and maintained strong, ongoing relationships with top executives at major Korean venture capital
firms, as well as Korean government agencies. He has negotiated a favorable valuation terms and achieved
strategic objectives in effectively positioning portfolio companies in the target market.

Mr. Lee is skilled in executing multi-million dollar private equity transactions in onshore and offshore companies
such as Transwarf Networks (U.S. Switching Fabric, acquired by Silicon Image, Nasdaq:SIMGE), Xtellus (U.S.
Optical Component), Fiberpro (Korea Optical Component) and Omni System (Korea Digital Electric Measurement).
He has offered new investment opportunities based on market research, competitive analysis, and investment
criteria with in-depth knowledge of high tech companies.

Prior to joining venture capital, Jason was a Senior Researcher/Project Team Leader, to develop the improved
"Color Patient Monitoring System" at the Mediana Co., Ltd. in Seoul, Korea. During 1999 to 2000, Mr. Lee was
a full time instructor at the department of Information & Communication in Dong-Ah Broadcasting College, in Korea.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Yonsei in Korea, a Master’s in
Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) in Korea, and a
Professional Certificate in Business Administration from University of California, Irvine, CA.

Dr. William H. Park, CTO: William's dedication to innovation and client relations is manifested
in many IT products and services such as Mail/Web Track, Knowledge Share Management Tool,
ListPath, eCommerce Package, SBT Plug-in, and Page navigation Tool.
With seven years of experience in the field of idea development, he has the expertise to
guide clients through the logistics of idea development. William has the resources to transform
ideas into functional technologies. He has several patents pending on diverse ideas in the
field of innovated technology. William holds a doctorate degree in Information Technology in
Architectural Management with distinction from Harvard University and a masters degree
from University of Michigan. He was also educated in Computer Science at MIT.
