Raymond A. Kang/Chairman of INKE-NY, VAC & CEO of Prodigy Venture, LLC
Prodigy Venture is a Cross-border Venture Accelerator that provides technology development and
best-of-breed value acceleration services. Our niche specialty is in building bridges between Asian
and North-American companies especially focusing on relationships among U.S., Korean and Japanese
companies. Our primary target will be emerging Korean and Japanese technology companies that wish
to set-up subsidiaries, seeking funds, strategic partners, M&A and IPO exit opportunities in the U.S.
We also focus on introducing well established U.S. technology companies to Korea, Japan, China and
other markets in Asia, and assist in setting-up franchise operations in those markets and help facilitate
M&A and IPO exit opportunities.

He also founded eTonerExpress Inc. in 1999, B2B eCommerce Marketplace company, offering an
array of office machine supplies. Its main emphasis is placed on remanufactured laser toner
cartridges. Prior to this, in June 1998, he co-founded Deli-Togo.com, B2C eCommerce based deli food
service company which he developed and implemented the business model and launched in New York.
He sold his ownership interest to the Company in 1999.

Prior to getting involved with internet ventures, Raymond enjoyed a distinguished career as a marketing
director for several prominent international marketing and advertising agencies for over 15 years.
He has worked for such agencies as Ogilvy & Mather, Foote Cone Belding, Thomas G. Ferguson
(division of WPP group), and BBD&O among many others. He has worked on such accounts as
American Express, Duracell, IBM, R.J. Reynolds, Procter & Gamble and many more. Since opening
his own Notorious Advertising Inc. in 1993, he has successfully serviced recognizable national accounts
such as The United States Postal Service, Apple Computer, Daewoo Group, AT&T, Parke Davis, and
LG Industrial Systems.

Raymond is one of the founding member of KASE (Korean American Society of Entrepreneurs) NY,
and chairman of INKE (International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs) NY Chapter and president
of KOCHAM - VAC (Korean Chamber of Commerce, USA – Venture Advisory Committee). He is also
member of Korea Society, Japan Society, Asia Society, New York Venture Group, and Partner of
New York City Economic Development Corporation. He holds BA and master degree in Advertising
and Marketing Communication at the University of Maryland and the BFA at State University of
New York - FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology).



Richard W. An/Founder, The Law Firm of Richard An
Mr. Richard W. An has been practicing law, specializing in business immigration, corporate and real estate
law since 1984, representing high net-worth individuals and companies, American and foreign. Mr. An has
expertise in bringing foreign companies and executives, managers, owners and key employees to the U.S.
by setting up U.S. entities or representative offices. Before establishing his law firm in February, 1992, Mr. An
had practiced for eight years at New York City law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Marks & Murase.

Mr. An graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in History and International Relations from The College of
Wooster in Ohio in 1981. From 1979 to 1980, Mr. An studied economics and international politics at The
London School of Economics. Mr. An graduated with a law degree from New York University Law School in
1984.

Mr. An co-founded Korean-American Business Network in New York City with Raymond Kang (founded
in 1995), a forum of entrepreneurial professionals and businesses of Korean-American ancestry. Mr. An is
fluent in Korean and speaks basic Japanese and French languages.



Andrew Sungsoo Kim/President & CEO of HRCap, Inc.
Andrew is President & CEO of HRCap (www.hrcap.com), a recruiting service provider with offices in
New York, New Jersey, San Jose and Seoul. HRCap is widely recognized as an industry leader with an
unmatched client list, including such companies as Samsung, LG, SK, Hyundai, Hanhwa, Doosan, Kolon,
Samyang among many others. Along with the Maeil Business Newspaper of Korea, HRCap is also the
co-organizer of the Cyber Campus Tour, an online
recruiting event for Korean employers and U.S.-based Korean candidates. Andrew also recently founded
KBN (Korea Business Nexus:www.koreabusinessnexus.com) to assist Korean and Korean American
entrepreneurs and venture firms in building partnerships and networks across U.S. and Korea markets.

Prior to founding HRCap and KBN, Andrew enjoyed a distinguished career as a corporate Human Resources
Management and Development specialist. During his fifteen-year tenure at LG, he oversaw the development
of HR management and training programs for the LG Electronics and LG Group Education Center and
directed corporate recruiting and HRM programs for the LG Group Executive Office for the Americas.
Andrew is a special member of KOCHAM (Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, USA) and an advisor
for KSEA (Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association). He holds Master degree in educational
administration from Seoul National University, and was a research fellow for HRM at Indiana University.



Sung Lee/CEO and Managing Partner at TheResearch Associates
The Research Associates (TRA), a privately held market research and management-consulting firm.
Sung has provided management and technology consulting services to organizations such as Walt Disney,
the Department of Defense, the State of New York, Time Warner, LG and KTF. Prior to TRA, Sung founded
and led Walt Disney Attractions’ new media marketing group, and worked with LG Group as an internal consultant
and brand manager for its multi-media division. Sung has also worked on corporate strategy projects at McKinsey
and change management/re-engineering projects at A.T. Kearney/EDS. Lee received an M.B.A. from Columbia
Business School and an engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University.



Jay Ohm, PhD
Dr. Jay Ohm has fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry
covering consulting, business analysis, and systems engineering. Currently, he is an independent consultant
with Lucent Technologies, Prodigy Venture and has consulted numerous companies on market opportunity
assessment, strategy, infrastructure buildout, financial, and M&A in both the U.S. and South America.
Specifically, Dr. Ohm advised a diverse group of companies with very different needs. Greenfield operations
in the buildout of broadband access and backbone data network. Established companies such as an ILEC
in Brazil ,a gas company in Colombia, and a cable company in Argentina all looking to leverage their current
assets by investing in internet data center, fiber optic rings, and WLL.

Enterprise customers planning to impove operational efficiency by investing in network management, billing,
and customer care. In addition, Dr. Ohm worked with a senior Lucent team to develop a bidding strategy for
the auctioning of Brazil Mirror license in the wireline sector. Prior to joining Lucent, Dr. Ohm was with AT&T as
a system engineer and a senior marketing and business modeling manager.

Dr. Ohm received an M.S. degree in Operations Research from MIT and a Ph.D. degree in Managerial
Economics and Decision Sciences from Northwestern University.



Gihong Kim, PhD/CEO & Co-founder, Dari Networks, Inc.
Dr. Kim is a sr. advisor for INKE-NY and VAC. Dari Networks is a start-up company that develops and
markets solutions for service providers. Dr. Kim has over 30 years’ experience in the executive management
of communication system companies, as well as with the conception and development of network
architectures, technologies and systems. Previously, Dr. Kim was the vice chairman, executive vice president
and cofounder of Integrated Network Corporation, and a department head at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
Dr. Kim holds an M.S. and PhD in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Sonny Whang/General Counsel for Olayan America Corporation
Mr. Whang is an in-house counsel in the Olayan America Corporation (OAC). OAC is the Group's investment
advisory arm for North and South America. It monitors a substantial investment portfolio of both public and
private equities in a variety of sectors, including financial, communications, consumer, and real estate.

OAC's 30-person staff includes equity analysts, private placement and real estate investment specialists, as
well as legal and accounting expertise. The Group's business development and corporate communications
functions also operate out of OAC's New York office.

Mr. Whang is also legal counsel to the U.S. Taekwondo Union, the national governing body of Taekwondo
and a Class A member of the U.S. Olympic Committee. Mr. Whang is the co-author of "Taekwondo - The
State of the Art" published in 1999 by Random House.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Whang was an associate attorney with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in New York
and Bingham Dana LLP in Boston. Mr. Whang received his A.B. degree in East Asian Studies from Dartmouth
College in 1986, his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1989, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from
New York University School Law in 1990.

As the son of a career diplomat for the Korean government, Mr. Whang grew up in Japan, the Philippines,
Argentina, Korea and the United States, and studied and traveled extensively through Western Europe.
Mr. Whang speaks Korean, Spanish and French with varying degrees of proficiency, and is conversational
in Japanese.



Woo Song/CTO & Co-founder IntraSphere
Mr. Song is also co-founder and Chairman of IntraSphere Technologies, Inc., a leading web application
development company. In addition to successfully building IntraSphere Technologies, Inc. over the last
three years from a start-up, he brings a unique perspective on the use of technology to enhance trading
and risk management activities as a former derivatives trader at ANZ Bank. Mr. Song has worked on
various trading systems including Summit, Infinity, Devon and more. With over 14 years of trading and
technology expertise, Mr. Song will oversee the development of Reval's unique web-based risk management
solution. Mr. Song attended Stevens Institute of Technology and majored in Computer Science.



Dr. Henry Kim/Venture Capitalist
Dr. Henry Kim is a general partner of Century Financial Partners, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles,
CA which invests in middle to late stage companies, and has over $200 million under management. Many of
Century Financial Partnersí portfolio companies have achieved profitable exits, including Clinicor (M&A),
Entertainment Digital Network (IPO), Prologic (M&A), and Rawlings Golf (M&A).

Dr. Kim sits on the Board of Directors of six privately held technology companies as well as the California
Business Incubation Network (an incubator think tank founded in 1990). His career includes assisting Angel
and incubator investors with due diligence and co-investments, and began in network administration, software
development, and graphics illustration at such places as Apple Computer and the U.S. Federal government.
Dr. Kim was educated at Williams College, received his B.A. from Boston University, and earned his M.D. from
the SUNY-Stony Brook School of Medicine.



Woo H. Shin, Ph.D./Partner of The Sage Group
Dr. Shin, Partner of The Sage Biotech Group, is the founder of SnK Associate Inc., a business
development consulting firm in the healthcare industry, which worked on numerous assignments between
Asia and North America. Dr. Shin has a wide range of experience in the pharmaceutical industry covering
areas such as patents, clinical trials, regulatory works, as well as the drug discovery processes. With his
broad networks in science, business, and financial world, Dr. Shin not only consults with small biotech
companies to find funds, to build strategic plans, and to partner their technologies, but also assists
investment organizations to source and to assess promising companies/technologies.

Before founding SnK Associates, Dr. Shin was Director of Business Development and Operations at the
SK R&D center, where he was instrumental in closing two successful deals with Ortho-McNeal Pharmaceutical
and Janssen. At the SK R&D center, Dr. Shin started as a senior research scientist working on automation
projects for factory processes, QC, and analytical assays. During this period, he helped to meet the numerous
technology transfer needs of the SK group, one of the largest conglomerates in Korea.

Dr. Shin received a BS in chemistry from Seoul National University, Korea and a Ph.D. in chemistry from
Michigan State University.



Don (Dong-Eon) Ryu, CPA/Tax Senior Manager New York Office of KPMG LLP
Experience:
He joined KPMG in January, 1994. At KPMG, he has provided services to many foreign-owned trading
companies, telecommunications companies, and U.S. subsidiaries and branches of foreign banking
corporations. Some of Mr. Ryu’s clients are:

Mr. Ryu has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (1984) and a Master of Business Administration
degree (1986) with concentration in Finance from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. Also, he has a Master
in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin (1993).

Mr. Ryu is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Washington and a member of the American
