Prodigy Venture, LLC is a cross-border venture capital accelerator that
invests in and/or raises capital, provides strategic partnership, sales,
marketing, and successful exit for promising technology companies.
Our niche is in building bridges between Asian and North American companies focusing
on relationships among U.S., Korean, Chinese, and Japanese companies. Our primary target
is emerging Korean, Chinese, and Japanese technology companies that wish to set-up subsidiaries,
U.S. rep office, find strategic partners, sales/marketing services, and/or to achieve M&A and
IPO exit opportunities in the U.S.
We also focus on introducing well established U.S. technology companies to Korea, China, Japan
and other markets in Asia. We assist in setting-up franchise operations in the perspective markets
and help facilitate licensing deal, M&A and IPO exit opportunities.
